Glasses: I chose to take pictures of my glasses because they mean a lot to me. It's not just because I can see better with them, although that is a plus. It's because these glasses have been lost, beat up, scratched (only slightly), and bended, but they still survive. They triumph over any obstacle. Now, I know I'm pushing the limits since they're an inanimate object, so don't go thinking "Well, okay, Bella's now crazy." They're just a big part of my life and have sentimental value to me.
3DS: I took photos of my 3DS not just because I play games on it. It signifies the electronics in my life, including my computer, phone, television, and other items. These things are important to me because they make me who I am. I am someone who loves video games, wants to learn how to code, reads books online and offline, is interested in all technology, and more. Technology is also a way to decrease my stress levels after school. For instance, if I'm cramming for a test (which is something I often do), I'll take a half-an-hour break and watch a video or play a game. Then after, I get back to studying, and I usually go a good job on my test the next day. Technology helps me get through life.
Cup Holder: This may be the part where you mark me as crazy, but just read what I have to say first. This is a cup holder, or a coaster, but not just any coaster... It's mine. Well, not exactly, but I painted it while staying at a camp with my family, along with a million other breakable objects I took home and are hiding in a box somewhere in my basement. By the way, I made this when I was very little. I'm talking about pre-elementary-school little. This cup coaster signifies my love of art. Now, painting isn't my forte, as you can tell, but music is my life. Choir, piano, violin, just listening to it makes me joyful! And music is an art.
Spoon: Like above, don't think I'm crazy just yet. This is a generic spoon. Nothing really special about it, I haven't given it a name and it doesn't have any real value (but I do love spoons, they're really useful). The important thing is the snow on and around the spoon. I love winter. Summer fans please don't hate me, but I really don't enjoy all the bugs and heat. Except Summer Break; That's the bomb. In winter time, I love hanging out with my friends and family. My family has this common tradition where we bake an enormous amount of cookies, cookie balls, rice-crispy-treat goodness, and other winter treats. Then we go to friend's, teacher's, coworker's, etc. houses. We give out little goodie bags and just have fun! And of course, we keep some for ourselves! In addition to this, I used to go outside and eat some of the freshly fallen snow in my pajamas, with a spoon. It was really fun! Cold, but fun! (I shouldn't've used past tense...)
Toy: This is Spot. He is my wonderful friend from when I was a small child. And now, as a highschooler. I promise I'm not crazy. Anywho, Spot signifies all of my stuffed animals from my childhood, along with all the games, books, and other things from that time. When I was little, I played a lot of games. I was an only child with a room full of stuff and a love for that stuff. What else would I do? Those games made me artistic and a technology lover, which are two of my higher traits today. The toys and games and books in my room, including Spot, all made me who I am today. That's why Spot is important to me.
